Returns & Exchanges
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unworn items, still bearing the original label and in its original packing, can be returned within 60 days of receipt. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of the Earnest Workshop team. If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out our contact form, including your order number, and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return your item(s) to the Earnest Workshop.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties, if applicable.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the exchange. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service.
LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 60 days. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of the Earnest Workshop team and may only be refunded as store credit.
WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.
SALE ITEMS
Sorry, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Our warranty still applies however.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a defect in material and workmanship occurs within 3 months. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colours and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a Return Request by emailing workshop@earnestco.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. All returned items must include the original packing slip.
